Accessibility Statement

Our commitment

We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our standard. Accessibility is treated as an ongoing part of building the product, not a one-time check.

Measures we take

• Semantic HTML — proper headings, landmarks, lists and labels so assistive technology can navigate the structure
• Keyboard navigation — interactive controls are reachable and operable without a mouse
• Color contrast — text and essential UI aim to meet AA contrast ratios in both light and dark themes
• Reduced-motion support — animations respect the operating system's "reduce motion" setting
• Descriptive text — meaningful images include alternative text, and links describe their destination
• Form accessibility — inputs have associated labels and clear error and required-field indicators

Known limitations

Pack Command Center is in early access and actively under development. Some areas may not yet fully meet our AA target, and newer or preview features may lag behind the rest of the product. Data-dense dashboard visualizations, in particular, are an area we're continuing to improve for screen-reader and keyboard users.

Assistive technology

We test with common browsers alongside keyboard navigation and screen readers. If you use a specific assistive technology that isn't working well with the product, telling us helps us prioritize fixes.

If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please let us know. Include the page, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology or browser you were using so we can reproduce and fix it.
