Pack Command Center is a product of Command Center Software LLC ("we", "us", "our"). It is an operations and intelligence layer that connects with the systems you already use, imports operational information, and organizes it in one place. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Name, work email, password credentials, organization name and role. This is what identifies you and controls access.
The structure you set up — businesses, branches, locations, departments, teams and users — along with your branding and terminology preferences.
Log data such as pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, and timestamps. We use this to keep the service secure and to improve it.
Inventory, assets, expenses, revenue, sales figures, vendor purchases and similar records you connect or import from your existing systems, or enter directly. This data belongs to you; we process it to provide the service.
Command Center Software LLC does not sell, rent or trade your personal or business data. We do not use your imported operational data to build products for anyone else, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform — for example, cloud hosting, infrastructure and, at launch, payment processing. These sub-processors act on our instructions under contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms, and only receive what they need to perform their function. We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting or security obligations.
