How Pack Command Software LLC handles the information you and your team put into Pack Command Center.

Pack Command Center is a product of Pack Command Software LLC ("we", "us", "our"). It is an operations and intelligence layer that connects with the systems you already use, imports operational information, and organizes it in one place. This policy explains what data we collect, why, and the choices you have.
Name, work email, password credentials, organization name and role. This is what identifies you and controls access.
The structure you set up, businesses, branches, locations, departments, teams and users, along with your branding and terminology preferences.
Log data such as pages viewed, features used, device and browser type, and timestamps. We use this to keep the service secure and to improve it.
In the Pack Command phone app, a team member's precise location is collected while the app is open and, only when their company turns it on and the person agrees on their phone, during their scheduled work hours or while they are clocked in, even when the app is in the background. It is used to show that person's position to their own company's managers, to verify job clock-ins and to order routes. Outside those hours nothing is collected. Location is shared only inside that company's account, never with other companies or advertisers. Location history is kept for 30 days and then deleted; the current position is overwritten as it updates. Anyone can turn location off at any time in their phone's settings.
Inventory, assets, expenses, revenue, sales figures, vendor purchases and similar records you connect or import from your existing systems, or enter directly. This data belongs to you; we process it to provide the service.
Pack Command Software LLC does not sell, rent or trade your personal or business data. We do not use your imported operational data to build products for anyone else, and we do not share it with advertisers.
We share information only with service providers who help us run the platform, for example, cloud hosting, infrastructure and, at launch, payment processing. These sub-processors act on our instructions under contractual confidentiality and data-protection terms, and only receive what they need to perform their function. We may also disclose information where required by law.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where we must retain it to meet legal, accounting or security obligations.
Location history from the phone app is the exception: it is deleted automatically after 30 days.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details below and we'll respond within the time required by applicable law.
We protect data with encryption in transit, role-based access controls and tenant isolation. See our Security page for more detail. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.
We may update this policy as the product and our practices evolve. When we make material changes, we'll update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you.
