Delete your account

Delete it yourself, from the app

1. Sign in to Pack Command Center (the app or packcommandcenter.com).
2. Tap the round profile avatar at the top right of the screen.
3. Choose Delete my account… and confirm.

That files a deletion request under your login. We send a confirmation to the email address on the account, because deleting an account owner also deletes the whole company's records and we want to be sure it is really you. Once you confirm, deletion runs within 30 days.

Or ask us to delete it

If you no longer have the app or can't sign in, send a request through our contact page with the subject Delete my account, from the email address on the account. Include the company name your login belongs to. We confirm by email, then delete within 30 days.

Field staff and office users: your login is managed by your employer. You can delete it yourself with the steps above, or your company's account owner can remove it under Pack Operations → Settings → Team & logins. Either way your login and personal profile are removed.

What gets deleted

• Your login credentials, name, email, phone number and profile photo.
• Your personal settings, to-dos, chat messages and location shares.
• For a company account owner: the entire company account, customers, jobs, schedules, estimates, notes, photos, team logins and reports.

What is kept, and for how long

• Invoices and payment records a company issued or received are kept for up to 7 years, as tax and accounting rules require. They no longer link to a deleted personal login.
• Security and access logs are kept for 90 days, then purged.
• Encrypted backups roll off within 30 days of deletion.
• If you were an employee, records of the jobs you worked stay with your employer's company account. They are the company's business records, not your personal data.
