The agreement between you and Command Center Software LLC for using Pack Command Center.

By creating an account or using Pack Command Center (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Pack Command Center is an operations and intelligence layer. It connects with and imports operational data from the systems you already use and organizes it into dashboards, reports and alerts. It is not a customer relationship manager, scheduler or accounting system, and it is not a replacement or system of record for the tools it connects to. You remain responsible for maintaining your source systems.
During early access, the Service is provided for evaluation and feedback. Features, integrations and availability may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Integration connectors are labeled Available, Beta, In Development or Planned, and a label is not a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Do not rely on the early-access Service as your sole record of any critical business information.
You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
At launch, the Service will be offered on Professional, Entrepreneur and Empire plans, with optional monthly add-ons and a discount for annual billing. Payments will be processed by a third-party provider (Stripe). Pricing shown during early access is placeholder and not final. No live payments are processed while the Service is in early access. Specific billing terms will be presented at the point of purchase.
You retain ownership of the data you connect or import. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that data to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that imported data will be complete or accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Command Center Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service and its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
