Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By creating an account or using Pack Command Center (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

2. Description of the service

Pack Command Center is an operations and intelligence layer. It connects with and imports operational data from the systems you already use and organizes it into dashboards, reports and alerts. It is not a customer relationship manager, scheduler or accounting system, and it is not a replacement or system of record for the tools it connects to. You remain responsible for maintaining your source systems.

3. Service availability disclaimer

The Service is under active development. Features, integrations and availability may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. Integration connectors are labeled Available, Beta, In Development or Planned, and a label is not a guarantee of uninterrupted operation. Maintain your own records of critical business information.

4. Accounts and responsibilities

You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service unlawfully or to infringe others' rights
• Do not attempt to breach security, access other tenants' data, or disrupt the Service
• Do not upload malware or content you have no right to use
• Do not resell or reverse engineer the Service except as permitted by law

6. Subscriptions and billing

The Service is offered on Professional, Entrepreneur and Empire plans, with optional monthly add-ons and a discount for annual billing. Payments are processed by a third-party provider (Stripe). Prices are shown at checkout before any charge; every plan begins with a 14-day free trial and no charge occurs before the trial ends. Specific billing terms are presented at the point of purchase.

7. Your data

You retain ownership of the data you connect or import. You grant us the limited rights needed to host, process and display that data to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that imported data will be complete or accurate.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pack Command Software LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months before the claim.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these terms or to protect the Service and its users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; data handling follows our Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be handled in the courts located in that jurisdiction, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
