Commissions

Commissions that pay themselves out honestly

Every sale in Pack Operations carries who sold it and at what rate. The Command Center checks your payout requirements automatically — signed, paid, scheduled, documented — and marks each commission payable only when the work really happened. Click any employee to see every dollar they're earning and why.

What it does for you

Gates, not guesswork

Define what makes a commission payable — customer signed, invoice paid, job scheduled, documents done — and the tracker checks each one against real CRM events.

Per-employee drill-down

Click a name to see their sales, sold total, payable commission and closing rate — and every line item behind the numbers.

Closing rates built in

Estimates created versus estimates won, per rep — coaching numbers you never had to build a spreadsheet for.

Production pay too

Pay a percentage of work completed or sales closed — per employee, with the itemized list of jobs behind every check.

POS sales included

Register sales credit whoever rang them up, at their commission rate, automatically.

Employee-safe views

Each employee sees only their own commissions; managers see everyone. Same login, right visibility.

How it works

Step 1

Set each person's pay in Team & logins — hourly rate, commission percent, or production percent with its basis.

Step 2

Sell normally: estimates, invoices, POS sales all carry the rep automatically.

Step 3

Open Commissions in the Command Center — payable amounts wait at the top, blocked ones show exactly which gate is missing.

Questions, answered

Payout gates. Until every required gate is met — signed, paid, scheduled, documents — the commission shows as blocked with the missing step marked.
Commission is a percent of what someone sold; production pay is a percent of what they produced — completed work or closed sales, your choice per employee.
No. Employee logins see only their own rows; managers see the whole team.
